I lost silence

You surely had the experience that you feel you cannot experience silence in your daily life. It is possible that your mind made the sitting in silence into a Thing which happens in Satsang, or on the meditation cushion or in other beautiful meetings.  You have to realize that YOU are the silence.

The mind very easily connects the different experiences and then you might think that the silence is the result of sitting in silence. The truth is the opposite. Silence is the cause everything! The substratum. This you can realize in everything everywhere. But how?

When emotions, fear and anger come or as the whole world attacks you – You ask yourself: Has silence gone anywhere?

So instead of you having a big discussion: oh, I have to go back to sit on my meditation cushion or I have to get away from all this that is coming at me. Or instead of analysing it: oh why is it still here? Why can’t I be always silent. What did I do wrong?

Very simply just ask yourself: Has silence left me? Is silence here? Just check it!

This whole thing is based on a false assumption. Our mind already decided that silence is no more here and it presents to us all its strategies how to get it back. Stop at this point!

The false assumption is that You are NOT silence. This belief made up by the mind must be questioned.

Under every emotion, every thought, every story, in the core of everything is silence of your being.
