You may already have seen through many of your patterns, and yet suffering still returns.

Anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-doubt, relationship struggles, shame, or old survival strategies can continue even after deep insight, spiritual practice, or years of inner work. You may long for peace, yet still find yourself caught in reactions, fear, people-pleasing, self-abandonment, or painful identification with the stories of the mind.

Deep inside, you know there must be another way.

Leela Therapy which is rooted in the teachings of Eli Jaxon-Bear and Gangaji,  offers a space for honest inquiry, emotional healing, and nervous system integration. I combine this work of deep self-inquiry with trauma-sensitive support, somatic awareness, and practical tools for everyday life.

My own life has been profoundly transformed through this work, and it is a privilege to share it with others.

Awakening asks for honesty, courage, and compassion toward the parts of ourselves that learned to survive through protection, control, withdrawal, or adaptation.

The Approach

Leela Therapy is a holistic approach that integrates modern psychology and spiritual self-inquiry.

Developed by Eli Jaxon-Bear, the work combines elements of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Ericksonian hypnosis, the Enneagram of Liberation, conscious inquiry, and therapeutic presence within the context of nonduality and satsang.

At its heart, Leela Therapy is an invitation to recognize and release the conditioned patterns that create suffering and separation.

Sessions are held from the perspective of a “True Friend” — a space of openness, honesty, and non-judgment. Together we explore the beliefs, emotional wounds, trauma responses, and protective strategies that shape your experience of yourself and your relationships.

Alongside inquiry, I integrate trauma-informed approaches to nervous system regulation influenced by the work of Pete Walker and Bessel van der Kolk, as well as somatic practices, breathwork, pranayama, Kundalini Yoga, mindfulness, and grounding techniques.

This work can support you with:

Training

My work is rooted in more than twenty years of spiritual inquiry, therapeutic exploration, and direct personal experience.

My main teachers have been Gangaji and Eli Jaxon-Bear, whose guidance in self-inquiry, silence, conscious relationship, and awakening deeply shaped the foundation of my work.

Over the years, I have also immersed myself in trauma-sensitive approaches to healing and nervous system regulation, including the work of Pete Walker, Bessel van der Kolk, and Lisa A. Romano.

My background includes:

  • Sacred Enneagram studies and character structure inquiry (2006-2014)
  • Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Self – Study (2020-2026)
  • Psychology of the Narcissitic Abuse and recovery (2017- )
  • Vedic Yoga Philosophy Course (2016 – 2017)
  • mindfulness and loving-kindness meditation (2001 – )
  • Kundalini Yoga (2021 – )
  • pranayama and breath regulation
  • mantra and meditative sound practices
  • somatic and body-oriented approaches
  • Chakra psychology inspired by Anodea Judith

These approaches support emotional healing, embodiment, nervous system balance, and deeper self-understanding.

After completing my training with Eli Jaxon-Bear, I began my practice in Hungary in 2013. Since 2014 I have been based in Salzburg, offering private sessions online and in person. Since 2018, my husband and I have also been holding meetings, inquiry groups, and retreats together.

What is Leela Therapy?

The word Leela means “divine play.”

Leela Therapy recognizes that much of human suffering comes from unconscious identification with conditioned beliefs, emotional wounds, and egoic survival strategies developed over a lifetime.

This work addresses healing and transformation on several interconnected levels: 

Symptom Relief

Support with anxiety, compulsive patterns, emotional triggers, negative thought loops, and other forms of immediate suffering.

Emotional Healing & Ego Strengthening

Working with trauma responses, shame, self-worth, boundaries, emotional regulation, and developing a more grounded and resilient sense of self.

Self-Inquiry & Ego Transcendence

Exploring the deeper question:
Who are you beyond conditioning, fear, and identity?

Through inquiry and direct experience, it becomes possible to recognize the awareness and stillness that exist beneath the personal story. And this is who you really are.

A session usually begins with exploring what is presently happening in your life emotionally, mentally, physically, or relationally. Together we bring conscious attention to underlying patterns and unmet needs.

Depending on your needs, sessions may include:

Cancellation Policy for Private Sessions

Cancellation needs to be made 24 hours (one full day) before the Session. If you fail to cancel on time, you will be charged for the appointment and refunds will not be issued. You can reschedule an appointment at any time, provided you give 24 hours’ notice. If you do not reschedule on time, you will be charged for the appointment  and refunds will not be issued. Also please double check your booking and make sure you have booked in the right time zone (Calendar uses 24-hour time format, so 1 pm is 13.00 etc.) Failure to attend a meeting because of booking in the wrong time zone is your responsibility and unfortunately refunds cannot be issued.

Things to remember for your session

Please make sure you have good working audio and camera settings and Internet connection, and a quiet space to talk in. Please have your iPad, Laptop, Phone on a table, not hand-held.
