Born in 1972 in Radstadt, a little contryside village in the Austrian Alps, Harald had a safe and sound childhood growing up in an upper-middle-class family. Nevertheless, he always had the feeling of something missing, which shadowed his life. In 1992 Harald paddled down the Yukon River in a canoe and spent several weeks in the beautiful wilderness of the Yukon territory. Listening to the rhythmic sound of his paddles, watching the amazing landscape slowly passing by and all of it immersed in peaceful silence he dropped into a deep meditative state. „This beauty is too much for me it cannot be here just for ME! “he wrote one evening in his diary. Reading his own words, he realized the feeling of worthlessness behind it, and the false belief system it was based on.

In 2009 he read one of Gangaji´s books and was deeply touched. Following his inner call to meet Gangaji and Eli Jaxon Bear in person Harald travelled to Baden-Baden, the heart of the Black Forest in Germany. During one of the sessions, overriding his shyness he plucked up courage, raised his hand and the next moment he found himself sitting up on stage next to Eli. When he looked deep into his eyes in an instant his question dissolved and his whole story was absorbed by a deep blue sea! In this ocean of love remained no more doubt that he is whole.

The following year he experienced enormous loss and a sense of failure when his family broke up and was left alone with two kids. By simply acknowledging but not indulging in the sad emotional feeling of the drama and the mental story of the failure he experienced a peaceful and trustworthy space which holds it all. It was a mind-blowing realization of truth which is here even in the middle of a crisis.

The next ten years he was following Gangaji and Eli in their European Tours in different locations. Since 2018 Harald together with his true partner Adrienn has been meeting people in the service of awakening as the call of his heart.
